the hotel is exceptionally friendly and housed in a nice building. all the staff members are helpful. it has best possible and unbeatable location to see benito juarez park. 500 feet are distance to the restaurant.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being relatively close to the Faro Celerain Ecological Reserve and only 0.5 miles from the airport, making it convenient for guests.

The hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a twin room, a nice gesture. the location is magnificent, near plenty of restaurants by the bay and close to the port where the ferries to Cozumel arrive.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was just a short walk away from the ferry port and the bay. The city centre was also very close, so I could easily explore the area and try out the local restaurants. Plus, the hotel facilities were great, especially the well-maintained pool.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Thank you for a very nice stay. This great budget hotel is equal to 3 stars. 3. the venue is in an unbeatable and excellent location, right by a ferry port. 4. One of tourist spots - an ancient ruin - is not too far from the hotel, truly enjoyed that.

The hotel was conveniently located near some nice restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a good view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome during our Easter holiday.
Our experience at the hotel was marred by a few issues. the hotel was under construction, which made our stay rather noisy and uncomfortable.

the hotel had a prime location near the bay and very close to the centre. the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was impeccable with fresh towels. the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Though there was no breakfast, the hotel offered great recommendations for local spots. We were thrilled with the facilities and even enjoyed a stunning view from our window. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Point: The Wi-Fi did not work well in the room.
